Read the article. It’s not about Arlington Toyota.  We have an A+  rating with the BBB.

Everybody has jokes, have anyone of you considered the source as to avoid a “class action” lawsuit at your dealerhsip?  Professionals would be concerned, not humorous.

For anyone who takes this topic lightly, it’s only a matter of time before this becomes center stage for many dealerships.  Many will write a check and keep it quiet.  Other will push the subject aside as “it’s part of the business” and if you can’t take it find a new career.  And then there are those who will constantly allow this behavior until one day someone rises up and has no fear for their job.  Most of the salespeople just take it and move on to other things like selling another car.  There is not a person that should be demoralized and belittled at the workplace.  Like I said, it’s only a matter of time before it’s front page news until dealerships get serious about it.  People should be fired immediately!

Get a life.  If you cannot handle a little heat you deserve to be in the car biz.  No where in the story does it say what was said.  It could have been some order taker struggling to sell 5 cars a month looking for an easy way out.  that the problem with todays sales people To WEAK!!!
